Got it into my craw while driving over the last two days that I needed to get the rug and the roofing felt off of the living room floor and see in what shape the pine floor survived the previous owners. To my surprise, they are not so bad, and ripping up the nasty, mildewed, old carpeting and the felt underneath was cathartic and made the room seem that much bigger and brighter. a bit of sanding, some insulation, and some walls and this room is pretty much ready to go.

Spent the day setting up for the tag sale. I just made a big "ESTATE SALE" sign for the front of the house. We are going to try and get rid of everything in three days next weekend.
